چکیده
Memristors (abbreviation of memory and resistor), introduced as the fourth fundamental electrical circuit element, remember electric charge that flowed through it. These nonlinear elements are considered a class two terminal resistive devices offers lot possible applications in various areas. In this article, we review dynamical behaviour some circuits with memristors. Initially, show simple capacitor an inductor connected to memristor exhibits periodic chaotic attractors. After that, known Chua circuit, resistance, can generate bifurcations chaos. Substituting resistance by memristor, modified coexistence Another Colpitts, is made combination capacitors inductors containing bipolar junction transistor. Memristive circuits simulate memcapacitors and meminductors
We suggest electronic circuits with memristors (resistors with memory) that operate as memcapacitors (capacitors with memory) and meminductors (inductors with memory). Using a memristor emulator, the suggested circuits have been built and their operation has been demonstrated, showing a useful and interesting connection between the three memory elements.
متن کاملObservation of Chaotic Beats in a Driven Memristive Chua's Circuit
In this paper, a time varying resistive circuit realising the action of an active three segment piecewise linear flux controlled memristor is proposed. Using this as the nonlinearity, a driven Chua’s circuit is implemented. The phenomenon of chaotic beats in this circuit is observed for a suitable choice of parameters. The memristor acts as a chaotically time varying resistor (CTVR), switching ...
متن کاملSwitching dynamics in titanium dioxide memristive devices
Memristive devices are promising components for nanoelectronics with applications in nonvolatile memory and storage, defect-tolerant circuitry, and neuromorphic computing. Bipolar resistive switches based on metal oxides such as TiO2 have been identified as memristive devices primarily based on the “pinched hysteresis loop” that is observed in their current-voltage i-v characteristics. Here we ...
متن کاملSimple Chaotic Electronic Circuits
In recent years, a growing number of cryptosystems based on chaos have been proposed. The majority of them are based on parameter modulation of a chaotic oscillator being the transmitter while the receiver is also a chaotic system synchronized by means of an adaptive observer. For example, a Lorenz’s attractor is used as the non-linear time-varying system while the encryption process modulates ...
